  • hey craig! No i never ran that race. In fact this gonna be my first ultra cuz the longer i ran to this day was 40K so i know the ultimate xc will be very hard but i train a lot and i'm confident! "Everthings gonna be aright"
  • OMG!! I can't believe you got kicked off!! I would have taught them all about running barefoot :) I didn't have any pain when I ran in them, but I was sore. Eric said to only run for 5-10 min and work your way up to a full workout.
  • No... I ran on the treadmill, but the first day its above 30 I'm going to try them outside.
  • You will love your five finger shoes... they are awesome, but they do kill your muscles.

Heart Rate monitor comparisons


Hi all,I'm looking into buying a heart rate monitor and would love to hear a few reviews from people who are using them now or have tried different ones.I borrowed one from a friend in the past and felt the chest band was difficult to get used to and I developed a rash where the monitor sat on my chest.
