On my family ski trip to Vail Colorado Eric prescribed a very creative running program of altitude mountain training runs on snowy trails and roads to mimic the slippery environment of sand dune running at MDS Morrocco.

On one of the days Eric prescribed a double workout. In the morning I was supposed to do a 60 minute run which I did from 5-6AM. Afterwards I skied with the family all day and then after skiing I did a PM 60 minute run with a 20-30 minute mountain climb. Needless to say, my body felt it!

Part of the pain of this double may have been that I also added my own twist to the workout by adding in a Powder Wipeout into 2 feet of snow which you can see on Beyond Limits Magazone Outer Mongolia Murphy Wipeout

Eric - I am sure that this is not what you had in mind with this workout, but I assure you that I did still get in the double :)
