Hi Terrell - Thank you so much for getting back to me! What I'm puzzling over are some of the instructions on the Training Peaks website for the 100 mile training program I purchased through Eric. For Day 2 here are the instructions:

"Once you have performed your run test and have your average heart rate, go to the top of the page to PREFERENCES and click on Heart rate Zones. On this page in the drop down box to Add Heart Rate Zones, add RUN and click on Add Custom Zones.

At this screen, subract 8 beats from your test average heart rate number and put this number in the Lactate Threshold Heart Rate box. For example: if your test average HR was 170, you would put 162 in the box labeled Lactate Threshold Heart Rate. At this point, select Joe Friel for Running (7) and hit the calculate zones button. AND THEN SAVE.

This is your HR training zone profile. All of your workouts will reference these zones and are also displayed in your LOG."

My question is what website/page this refers to. There is no PREFERENCES button on the Training Peaks website that I can find, or am I missing something? And where is my LOG?

Any assistance for this rookie is much appreciated!

Gus
