Starting tomorrow my New Years Resolution will be in full swing.
1. Running everyday, no excuses.
2. No drinking during the week, except half of drafts night at mellow mushroom.
3. Doing Yoga. Or just watching other people do it. Has the same affect.
4.Doing great core work so I can have the body of Ryan Reynolds (man crush).
