Sand Dune Training for Marathon des Sables by Running on Snowy Trails, Mountains, Roads at 7600 feet

On my family ski trip to Vail Colorado Eric prescribed a very creative running program of altitude mountain training runs on snowy trails and roads to mimic the slippery environment of sand dune running at MDS Morrocco. On one of the days Eric prescribed a double workout. In the morning I was supposed to do a 60 minute run which I did from 5-6AM. Afterwards I skied with the family all day and then after skiing I did a PM 60 minute run with a 20-30 minute mountain climb. Needless to say, my body…See More

Ironman Louisville 2010

Hello Everyone - Eric coached me through 2 x 70.3 1/2 Ironmans this season that culminated with Ironman Louisville on August 29th 2010.
