Strength & Endurance Training


Hello,

I have a quick question regarding the strength training - especially the 30 second sprints in the during the WU...
When should they be performed - after the 20 min WU run or during. I usually do them in the last 10min of warm up bu then my HR goes really up above the recommended WU heart rate....
Not sure how to go about that...
