I tried out my Nike Frees yesterday for the first time...it's been a while since I tried any running so I just did 2-3 min runs followed by 2 min walking on the treadmill for 20 mins.. I could feel a difference when I ran, it seemed that my heels were coming up higher than I remember before and I was taking shorter strides. ...It's been almost 24 hours now and my shins have not started hurting yet.... I'm going to try it again tomorrow and see how if feels...still waiting on my heart monitor…
