I was wondering if anyone had any advice for someone who has been diagnosed with degenerative disks in the lumbar region.  I am going to PT but want to start running again.  Is that going to be possible?  I play soccer and am average runner but was hoping to increase my mileage this year.  But after having severe back pain and discovering I have arthritis and degenerative…
