Your knees

Rule 1: Drive your knees forward.Rule 2: Balance board exercises will help get better.Rule 3: Consistency is key.I had a big breakthrough this week end. I was more shuffling than anything else. Well, not anymore.

  • Body awareness is paramount. I am finding out that when arms, knees and core work together, my performance goes thru the roof. But it is tough.
  • Cool .... currently in week 4 like many "Up" not Up and forward ....

  • Very interesting. Up til now, I've been focusing on driving my knees "up" quickly but I never considered driving them "forward". I noticed this changes a lot of things ! Thanks for your post.
