Wednesday, August 7th: Runners Arrival
- 5pm camp registration and Q&A - Jackson Hole Mountain Resort (JHMR) Village Commons. For those runners arriving on a later flight, we will plan a brief meeting prior to our first session.
Thursday, August 8th: First Day of Camp
- 8:30am -11:00am Training Session: Skills, Drills, and Tech (meet at JHMR Village Commons)
- 11:00am - 1pm Personal Time
- 1pm-1:30pm Group Q&A/Discussion (meet at JHMR Village Commons)
- 1:30-4pm Coached Group Run
- 4pm and after *Personal Time
Friday, August 9th: Second Day of Camp
- 8:30am - 11am Training Session: Skills, Drills, and Strength (meet at JHMR Village Commons)
- 11am-1pm Personal Time
- 1pm-1:30pm Group Q&A/Discussion (meet at JHMR Village Commons)
- 1:30pm-4pm Coached Group Run
- 4pm and after *Personal Time
Saturday, August 10th: Third Day of Camp
- 10am - TBD Long Group Run Adventure. This day will be a creation from what takes place the first 2 days of camp. (meet at JHMR Village Commons)
All times and itinerary are tentative and subject to change based on group coaching needs.
*Personal Time - in years past, runners explore Teton National Park, the town of Jackson, and many of the other great things to do while attending the run camp (if not too tired!). As the run group gets to know one another at the camp, these "optional" afternoon and evening activities are organized spontaneously by the group, and have become a very powerful part of the camp.
So this personal time can be a great opportunity to hang out with other runners, making long lasting friendships, exploring what Jackson Hole has to offer outside of camp activities. Or, a time for you to have some quiet relaxing time at Jackson Hole Mountain Resort.
