    Yes I'll bring my old North Face runners... they are the flattest I have. I ran in them the other morning as it was too cold (-7 hard frozen ground) and got two blisters after 30 minutes.. incredible eh?

    Hey Kris.... great to see you here... Ran 12KM today in my little barefeet through the hills and rocks and mud. Bloody brilliant. I'm coming over soon. So we can run together.. CANT WAIT. I'll let you know the dates when I book the flight.
