I ran a road marathon last Sat. It's only my 2nd one. With three weeks recovery from a 100 miler I had my 10th PR for the year. 3:56:55 I met two goals for the race 1; break 4 hrs 2; no walking. We had cool and breezy conditions for the day. The low 40's temp would have been great except the wind. The course was very flat and should have been fast but it seems everyone had a tough time. Fast male 2:44 fast Female 3:06. Once again as I have been telling everyone the slant board and fit ball exercises have made a new me. Its time for some recovery then up the ante and move up to levels 2&3. Thank you again Eric. I'll put up a picture when they post them.
