Hi folks!
I am in week 2 of the 50 mile training plan and it has gone from one workout to three a day?
For example today it says:
~Endurance threshold steady in zone 3 (with a bunch more details) 60 min
~Foot Strength 10min
~Zone 2 with pick ups (with a bunch more details) 40min
~ Easy Endurance Zone 2 with cadence work (40min)
On Thursday and Friday it has complete day off and then lists a bunch of hill repeats and endurance work?
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
