I finished Phase One of Eric's training plan 5 weeks ago. I had been dealing with mild plantar fasciitis, trying to continue running and treating the PF at the same time. My foot wasn't having that. Pain and tightness got worse, so I've been cross training on the bike and foot is beginning to feel much better. As I get back into regular running, I need advise on how to get back into Eric's training plan. Should I keep going where I left off, beginning Phase 2? Back up into Phase One a little? Or repeat Phase 1 altogether? Many thanks, in advance!

(I hope this was the best place to pose this question, as it is more about the training than dealing with PF.)
