Wonderful video and message Eric. I have developed my discipline around an evening run as my working day starts between 5 & 6am so I have always run after work in the evening. I even carry this discipline through the weekend for consistency, running in the late afternoon/evening. As well as the mechanics of the run that day practising cadence, foot strike, breathing, speed, etc. its also my happy place, my re-set button, my stress release and my problem solving time after a long or difficult day at work. But to shock my body, to change things up, to be like water, I'll give it a go! Read more Show less
