Run Coaching and Training
Squeezed in a lunch run today because it was FREAKING 65 degrees here today. I wore a tshirt and shorts, something I've never done in a Kansas January. My YakTrax and baselayers might be sitting in the drawer a little bit longer this season.

Oh, I bet you will love the program. I felt so much stronger and fit after I did it. Loved it so much I did the advanced program after that. I bet I could crack walnuts with my thighs now.
You are braver woman than me. I just can't do the treadmill. I've tried and tried but me no likey. Once, I tripped and wiped out badly. Now I get all HR zone 5b just looking at them. ;-)
Stupid runner humor aside, a big part of it is that I have a hard time figuring out the right mph to get my cadence, stride and heart rate synched up.
Plus the gym is just smelly.
I agree. I'm hoping for a little bit longer nice weather since I just started the 8 week program and would like to reduce the number of times on the treadmill.
