I have transformed my form and eliminated knee, IT band, and calf pain through Eric's B2Rs and advice, now I am doing the same for my son.  He is a sophomore in high school and usually runs in trainers with a drop then when he went to his spikes he would get calf pain and shin splints...trying to alleviate that this year by getting him B2Rs and Eric's training system...Will get you posted on his progress!!!

Here is the video - I see noisy arms and over striding which is causing his heel striking...thoughts???

ok - received the B2Rs and level 1,2 training for my son.  He did an easy run..7 min.  I ran with him and he just wanted to go go go...i said whoa!  you are not racing just yet...this is about transitioning to zero drop and form.  I slowed him down and worked on shorter steps so he would land on forefoot and quieting his arms...thats all...I did video him before telling him anything about form (at least today anyway), then we ran, and watched his video this evening.  I will post his video as well. Let me know what you all see...thanks..Glenn

Thanks Lori!  My son is excited to put on the B2Rs and work the training system...I think this will do wonders for him!  He struggle last year with some of the injuries I mentioned from calf to shin splints..this will make him stronger!
