I'm about three weeks away from finishing the getting started 8 week strength plan.

 

Is there a plan anyone can recommend next?  I'm planning on doing a half marathon in July and a marathon in September.  These are road races.

Hey David - the trail programs will work just as fine for your road races.  The hill work is good for all runners - E

I just didn't know if there was a difference because that is a trail marathon and I'd be doing road races or if that is the same.
