Hi All
Sorry haven't posted for a while, life work family (same for all) just wanted to share how the running is going!
Just getting back to normal after having a break from running
In the short time that I have been ruining I have quickly got back to running to half marathon distance within four weeks, but what I found exciting (it was not the time :-(
But how un-tired I felt having a better foot strike, lead to a better stance, lead to a more economical stride I hope I can keep this up over the winter
