I'm 8 days in the sugar detox. I haven't craved sugar until TODAY! And, I would love a Pepsi, some ice cream from Braum's, chocolate chip cookies..my mouth is watering just thinking about it. DON'T CAVE!

I am learning and experiencing that the cravings are getting less frequent with less intensity. I think my body has almost given up its search for a quick fix and is starting to burn fuel differently. Keep going...... too far to turn back now. My biggest craving is sweet coffee, but I am enjoying nice quality coffee without sweetener....I never realised the sublet differences in different brands of coffee before I stopped the sugar.
Keep in the collective sugar free consciousness........I am sure you are sweet enough anyway!
(A bit like me, but I am just too modest to say so.......er.......B-)
Eat some protein, that will help the craving and focus on how good it makes you feel to have this discipline of not caving. It is this FEELING that ultimately catapults you to what you really truly want.
