First Week

This has been my first week of Running with Eric.  After finishing Born to Run and finding Eric's Run Drills and Technique on Twitter, I have initiated the transition to a fore foot strike.  My calves have been on fire this week but each run has gotten easier and I can feel myself getting stronger.  My ultimate goal in this change is longevity-I want to be able to run into old age.  I love running, especially trail running, and I want to be…
