Today: My very first time on a podium (3rd place) made me cry of happiness!!

The beginning of a change in my running (Heel to Forefoot)

Since I started to run in 2006, I've never had anyone to guide me in my first steps in running. After reading the book "born to run" (Spanish version), I thought how wonderful was to know that we were born to run. I never thought of that before.
