Marine Corps Marathon 2010

I had a few goals for this race, but the most important pair of goals was:

First Week with Nike Free Runs

Just ran my first run with my new Free Runs and they feel great!!! I was steady at around 180 steps a minute with none of little twinges that I feel in my knees as I'm running. Looking forward to running in them again!

Ironman Louisville 2010

Hello Everyone - Eric coached me through 2 x 70.3 1/2 Ironmans this season that culminated with Ironman Louisville on August 29th 2010.
