I had to order a heart monitor so I probably won't be starting the training until next week. In the meantime I've decided to try to change my diet. I had a salad for breakfast which was refreshing and light. I also brought a water bottle with me to work. I am generally to lazy to keep up with the whole fresh veggies thing... I usually end up letting everything go bad and having to throw it all away. Here's hoping that I find the motivation to stick with a better diet!!
