Aranya Gardens has not received any gifts yet
I've been barefoot in most of my day to day life since 1996, but now have a few pairs of minimalist shoes (Vivos & 5fingers). I've been exploring 'new' ideas such as Chi running & barefooting in last few years to get past my old running injuries (knees primarily) & enjoy getting out on the road & across country again. It's been slow but enjoyable.
