Remote Consulting Services:

  • Run Form Analysis:This includes a comprehensive video (submitted by you) analysis of your running form with a comprehensive video instruction sent back to you by Eric with coaching points, troubleshoot tips, and complete action plan to have you running your best.

        Fee: $325

  • Performance Consulting: 60 minute Video/Phone consultation to address your training, racing, and performance based questions and discussion points. You create the topic and Eric will coach you through it.

        Fee: $150
