Has anyone dealt with tendonitis in the big toe joint and found a way to address it?
I'm still able to run on it, but it has been an ongoing issue and I think the weakness/inflexibility might be what has caused plantar fasciitis to flare up on that same side when I've ramped up mileage in past race cycles. I don't always have pain, but I can tell something is off re: range-of-motion when I try to do the plantar stretch where you bend your foot forward. On the bad side, I'm not nearly close to the 90 degrees I get with the same joint on the good side.
