My daughter is 12 years old and wants to do some very light running with me. We get out and do some gentle 3 kms runs with a bit of walking in between. She gets some sore Achilles and ankles generally, plays netball and dances so we have started to do some stuff with the slant board. Any suggestions or tips on this with kids. So far only doing doing 20 second sets.

Slant board is a great start and just working up to 1 minute. Have her massage her calves as well and find any tender spots or knots and work em out daily.
Thanks Lori, have been doing exercises with slant board, but only short stints which is good.
