I bought myself the slant board and have just started doing the exercises - harder than I thought they would be.
I'm doing them correctly - according to the instructions - barefoot and all.
But I was wondering: I'm a DJ - playing small venues - and it's a lot of standing. It gives me the opportunity to use the slant board most of the time while I'm DJing - though I can't take off my shoes and socks.
Tell me: is it worth just trying to balance on the slant board in all three positions while I'm DJing, even though I'm not barefoot? I can't imagine it'll do any damage and should in fact benefit - atvoeadtvmy sense of balance.
