hey guys. I have recently switched my run and work shoes over to zero drop as well as switched away from a heel striker and my run has been feeling incredible. I am feeling a lot more efficient and I don't have any pain in my knees and many other places that had been hurting from doing runs as short as 4-5 miles. However, I have been feeling a lot of pressure in my knees from walking ever since I switched to zero drop. I am assuming this is because I am not walking with proper technique however I could not find any good recourses/ videos that breaks down proper walking technique with zero drop shoes. does anyone know of any good sources or videos out there that are available?
