Hi Eric

I've come to figure a couple of things, firstly my 1:25 attempt is a real push - not an issue (it wouldn't be a CI if it wasn't) :-)

But what I think is missing is training that involves running at race pace - race conditioning I suppose you could call it? As you know I'm aiming for a 1:25 half - thats 6:30 pacing - do you have any tips for adjusting training to focus on this?
