I'm running a half-marathon on April 15. I'm considering doing another one on May 19.
I'm currently following Eric's half marathon training plan to prepare for the first event. What kind of recovery and training should I do between the two events?

I wouldn't worry too much about it. I did two halfs in just over a month last year. I did light running for about a week or so after the first race then ramped did a couple of weeks of moderately hard workouts and moderate distance, then tapered a couple of days before the second race. Hope this helps!!!
