First, sorry for my mistakes. I am french and my english is not perfect.
I am finishing eric's book at the moment and i am very much enjoying it.
One of the reason i bought the book, is, after a patellofemoral syndrome, i am suffering from a double plantar fascia strain due to new / too flat and hard sole / shoes... (for the day to day routine of a teacher - lot of standing).
Yes, i am very much in a sad mood...
My question : should i wait to recover from my strain to start the foot reinforcement... or ... is these exercices gonna help me recover ?
