Takes 30 minutes or less! Cheated on some of the prep to make it quick!

1 fully cooked chicken shredded (I just buy a rotisserie and pull all the meat off)

A whole bunch of fresh broccoli

A whole bunch of

fresh baby carrots

A package of shredded cabbage or slaw mix without the dressing
Whatever other veggies you like
Chicken broth to cover

Throw it all together in a pot and simmer til veggies as tender as you prefer
