I am running the CCUM in March 2010 and really want to sort my form out before then. Which package would be best for me to try. I have done 3 marathons and 1 Ironman Triathlon plus numerous shorter distance races in the last 2 years.

I have always been a heel striker and since reading Born to Run and Chi Running i am changing my form.

Any advice is welcome please

I am also glad to hear Born To Run inspired you to get off that heels. You will notice my comment throughout this site that running form is NOT hard, what is hard is having the patience to develop good muscle memory. The training package is a big part of developing this, so just as Chris trained for CCUM in Born to Run, it takes more than just working on form. Proper strength endurance training was a big part of Chris's success down there in Tarahumara country.
