Looking for a little quick help. Read the book, and am about to start the strength training. I have the boards and get the poles tomorrow. Are the 3 Strength Training DVD's anything different from the examples in the book. (I downloaded and read the book through iBooks). Just curious if someone could help point me in the right direction. I have been a minimalist runner for several years and running the NYC 1/2 on March 15th for the JDRF. Looking to get started quickly.
Hi Craig - I would follow the book strength program. The DVDs have a bigger library of exercises for those who want to dive deep and devote more time. But again, TCI program will have you progressing for a long time.
