I purchased a half marathon plan from your site. In some of the workouts it states the following: "Count how many times your right foot hits the ground in 15 second. Look to hit 93 per 15 seconds"....so does that mean my right foot should hit the ground 93 times per 15 seconds, or is that per minute?
I believe it is a typo. I have purchased Eric's 50 miles plan and it states 23 per seconds.
