Hey all,
I'm now starting week four of the Cool Impossible book trainin plan. Things are going great and I already see improvement in endurance and feel good about my overall condition post runs. I was wondering whether at any point I should redo the two test runs to determine heart and speed zones.

Hi RZ, at the end of phase 1 before you go on to phase 2 you will be asked to redo the tests and reset your zones.
