So I messed up and did an 8 minute test instead of 6 mins as the 8 wk strength training plan suggested. Is there anyway I can still use my 8 minute test data to figure out my heart rate zones??
I ran .96 miles at an avg pace of 8:18 and my avg heart rate was 185 with a max heart rate of 193.
Also I can't figure out where I put this information into the training peaks training plan..???

Hey Barb,
After you log in, click under your name and you will see "account settings" click and then look to the left towards the middle and you will see "zones", click on that and enter your numbers, your average should be your threshold if I am not mistaken. Hope this helps.
