I have always thought that hill repeats were a valuable addition to distance training...your virtual training programs always bore this out to me...it is great to know you follow your own advice!  As you said, adding at least one of these runs per week will certainly help elevate overall endurance.

Good luck in India!  It sounds exciting.  The weather there is a real issue though.  Speaking of which, your running trail looks very vacant...you can’t be the only one out there...do you come across many winter runners there?
