Great video Eric, as always. I've recently moved to Utrecht in The Netherlands from Australia. So I've gone from running hilly trails all the time to mostly flat streets. I can see in my Garmin stats that I've gone from running where my elevation was between 0-200 metres to now 0-10 (20 if I'm lucky!). Do you have any suggestions on how I can substitute for hills to ensure I keep the range of motion and general run fitness I need to run well?

BTW, I've been using a Theragun to target sore spots around my hips and glutes which has helped a lot to ease the tightness there. I also had a flare of plantar fascitis with the shift to more street running and it helped with that too.  I'm not a Theragun sales person but thought I'd share in case anyone else has looked at it and was wondering if it might help.

Thanks for the videos, coach! I'm finding them really helpful. Any thoughts on lateral hip soreness and stiffness after running, then sitting for awhile, but not during running?
