Eric -- as far as video suggestions go, I would be curious what you would suggest as a quick 5-10 minute exercise routine for overall injury prevention when running. I've read The Cool Impossible and am struggling to make time for the entire progression of slant board/disc exercises in there on a regular basis. If you had to strip it down to the essentials, is there a quick and dirty "exercises not to skip" priority list you could recommend?

Hey Eric, excellent video! I have been away from your website for awhile, but your running philosophy stays with me always. Since a January, I started a no sugar/salt/processed food diet; lost 30 pounds; and just started running regularly again. Building up endurance after not running regularly for a couple of years is hard, but you are right...all good things take discipline, as well as self-awareness. I look forward to reading about what you are up to now.
