Thanks Eric. I find myself coming back to this and focusing almost exclusively on my form for everything right. You just explained why and I appreciate that. I learned the correct form at the academy, and just have to return to it, practicing the right form until, you don't know how to do it wrong. That sounds like the key.

Tammy - see my marathon potential video and do 1 run per week at your one mile test pace. Doing 1-3 minute intervals. This plus zone 2-3 runs will help with speed.
Great question Tammy. I hate "general" answers, but a general rule is 85% of your total weekly volume should be zone 2-3.

You mentioned running at a fast pace 1-2X a week, how much Z 2-3 running do we do if we are focusing on no longer than 15km runs (primarily 10km and want to get faster)
