Great video I haven't commented for quite some time.  But you said something that I experienced a couple of years ago.  I went to my family doctor and when they measured my height the nurse did it several times and then commented I was a quarter inch taller than I have always been.  I was 59 at the time.  I've been using your exercises although I could and should do better.  Getting older is a challenge.

Tried the 3 exercises.  Boy were they tough! I will add them to my workout routine.
