Great Fall day for some form work.  This was day 2 of 4 of his stay and yesterday we worked on foot strike placement, cadence, and knee drive at the track.  Today, we met for some foot strength and full body work, then ran some very short, powerful AND very steep hills to help develop power awareness in the stance leg.

This brought everything together and this video was the result.
