Hey Eric, I've also been told to try orthotics, but they can't seem tell me exactly why. My main symptom is especially when I point my toes, even relatively slight plantar flexion like when lying down, at least my middle two or three toes, both legs, will feel numb and curl in a cramp. I'm being told it's "probably" my arch over-reacting, so I should just "try" orthotics.

I don't get a warm fuzzy feeling with  "probably" & "try" lol, so just continue with the FREO?!
