For someone who has never tried zero-drop shoes, would you recommend moving to an intermediate low-drop shoe first? Looking at 5-7 mile trail runs + occasional road runs, only 20ish miles per week. Any suggestions would be welcomed!
Joe, I run on Salomons but I heard, Topo might be another option for low drop to zero drop shoes.
I am not sure there are any. My preference is the Salomon S Lab line. These Altra Superiors might work for some of my longer runs, but they will be hard to beat my Salomons.
Great to hear from you Joe.
Besides Altras, what are good zero drop shoes?.
