Doing the zone 2 already as you know.  Will factor in the sprinting

Go for it Shannon, keep those fast twitch fibers firing! It will help the biking also.

Good topic Chris. I have used Stryd but not Garmin. And just like power on the bike, I think it has great value for running, esp on hills and trails. I don't think it replaces HR and speed but in combination with it all based on the purpose of the day. I have had trouble with accuracy however, which device have you tried?

I am going to try this. I’ve somewhat abandoned my sprinting for decades! 

I do enjoy the intervals on the treadmill but haven’t really done repeats under a minute. Awesome and thanks E!
