Hi there GARUTCH,

This was a video posted by a member who must have taken down their Youtube video.  Out of respect to the many who have purchased the Deluxe CD Version of The Cool Impossible that includes videos, so I will not be posting exercise videos.  But with the book, they are very straight forward and simple - but potent. Thanks for the observation and goal. Increasing heel height is what I've been focusing on during my Level 1 & 2 workouts. Hopefully, that will pay off as I practice Level 3...

Impressive. 60 sec is great. Now to add difficulty, work on elevating your heel just a bit to increase foot strength and glute activation.
