Robert, I've been practicing Eric's exercises for a couple years. I started working in Levels 2 and 3 right when they were available. I hit them hard from Oct 2013 to Mar 2014. Did this video in Jan. I got up to 90 secs per leg in Mar. I found working all 3 levels one day per week worked for me. Don't overdo and progress comes fast.
Amazing Dente, WOW, I'm still doing 25" with poles, how long did it take you to get to this level?
