Robert, I've been practicing Eric's exercises for a couple years.  I started working in Levels 2 and 3 right when they were available.  I hit them hard from Oct 2013 to Mar 2014.  Did this video in Jan.  I got up to 90 secs per leg in Mar.  I found working all 3 levels one day per week worked for me.  Don't overdo and progress comes fast.

Thanks Eric. Been working hard...feeling the payback. I prefer the wobble/disks on a hard surface. My foot can feel things better (at least that's what I tell myself). I did the Level 3 workout this am and did 20 disk fit ball lunges per leg. Practice and patience!!! The entire leg really feels the burn on the last 3-4 reps. For me, making sure I'm taking my time and keeping my weight supported/balanced on the stance leg is the key. The one that's been slow going is the supine bridge side to side lift. I don't rotate side to side very well. Ball shoots out on me. Think I did 10 each leg this am. More practice and patience!!!

Major work - very impressive, especially on hard surface with that wobble. And your body is so "quiet". You are really balancing with your FOOT/TOES/LEG, most try to balancing with their body.
